Design Approach

We transformed a dated layout into a contemporary, open-plan living space that maximizes natural light and improves circulation across both floors. We introduced sleek finishes, updated fixtures, and a neutral color palette to create a timeless and elegant interior atmosphere.

Design Features

Open-Plan Living

Removed unnecessary partitions to create a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, enhancing social interaction and spatial efficiency.

Material & Finish Selection

Used a combination of polished concrete, marble, warm wood tones, and matte black accents to achieve a modern yet inviting aesthetic.

Lighting Strategy

Integrated layered lighting—ambient, task, and accent—to highlight architectural features and create mood flexibility throughout the home.

Staircase Redesign

Upgraded the central staircase with minimalist detailing and improved safety features, serving as both a functional and visual anchor.

Design Intent

  • Bring modern living standards to a traditional structure
